Dual Slalom Practice
Posted 3.20.06

We made it out too late for racing Mountain Cross; as we rolled up, the
finals were being held. There was a small turn out, as it had been raining
everywhere else in the Bay Area all week. A call from Chipper convinced
us to make the drive out from the city, as he claimed the course was in
great condition.
It turns out He was right. While other riding spots are littered with
small ponds, or bogged down, Sandhill remained. I was pumped to get some
more riding time in, so I scurried over to dish my ten bucks out and began
pushing my bike up the hill.
The conditions were sweet, and the clouds made for some good photos.
My friends John and Justin also happen to be avid photogs, which was interesting.
We had hree bags of camera gear loaded in the car with no one to shoot,
as most of the racers left abuptly after.
It was all good as far as I was concerned. I just wanted to ride.
Enjoy the pics. Thanks to John Rodriguez for the shot of me.

good trick, poor composition.
After the Dual Slalom last week I quickly snapped a few riders sessioning
the table. I didn't have any set up time so this ended up being the only
one worth showing.
