Ramp Rats Indoor Park Session

On Friday morning I was loading my car with my bike and protective gear when I realized that the left front tire on my Subaru was flat. Oh damn. Not a good way to start the day. I pulled out my floor pump and filled the tire with enough air to coax it to the gas station where I filled it up and headed to work. I almost dropped my plan to head to Petaluma after work to ride Nor-Cal's main indoor park, Ramp Rats.

Turns out I had a screw embedded in my tire. $15 later, it was fixed, and after work I headed north to Petaluma to meet up with Chipper. The rest of the San Rafael Mike's Bikes crew going to join us after they finished up their day.

The park is pretty fun. It took me a few runs to get comfortable on the box jump but then I was having a good ol time.

After a few hours of solid riding I shot a few pics. I can't say I'm too happy with them, but I got a few decent shots by aiming the flash at the wall and bouncing the light a bit.
